The Russian Military Doctrine is very clear on the use of nuclear weapons by Russia. This is the relevant paragraph:
27. The Russian Federation reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in response to the use against her and (or) her allies of nuclear and other weapons of mass destruction, as well as in the case of aggression against the Russian Federation with the use of conventional weapons in a way which would threaten her very existence as a state. The decision to use nuclear weapons is taken by the President of the Russian Federation.
There is no ambiguity here. Unless Russia is threatened as a state she will not use nuclear weapons. Some will, no doubt, say that the official military doctrine is one thing, but the reality in Syria is another one and if the Turks overrun Khmeimin Russia will have no other option than to use nukes. There is a precedent for that kind of logic: when the US deployed the 82nd Airborne in Saudi Arabia as part of Desert Shield the Pentagon fully understood that if the much larger Iraqi army invaded Saudi Arabia the 82nd would be destroyed. It was hoped that the USAF and USN could provide enough air sorties to stop the Iraqi advance, but if not it was understood that tactical nuclear weapons would be used."

Germany appears to agree.
“We are not going to pay the price for a war started by the Turks,” said a German diplomat, speaking on condition of anonymity.
“We have to avoid that situations, incidents, accidents spiral out of control,” NATO General Secretary Jens Stoltenberg said at the time. “I think I’ve expressed very clearly that we are calling for calm and de-escalation. This is a serious situation.”
On Friday, French President Francois Hollande stressed the need to prevent conflict between Moscow and Ankara.
“There is a risk of war between Turkey and Russia,” he said in an interview with France Inter radio."
And ignore Obama and his comments, The Pentagon is clearly moving in it's own direction.
"... the Pentagon has revealed it gave the Russian military the locations of US special forces in Syria, in the hope Russian aircraft would avoid the area. “We provided a geographical area that we asked them to stay out of because of the risk to US forces,” Pentagon spokesman Peter Cook told reporters Thursday, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The request was an attempt to maintain special forces’ safety “in a dangerous situation.” It was made outside the scope of the flight safety memorandum, Cook said.
Up to this point, the Russian military “has honored this request,” he added."
Air Force Lieutenant General Charles Brown Jr., head of the US Air Force Central Command, told journalists in a briefing from his office in Qatar that the request to Russia was informal.
“I don’t have any assurances, really, from the Russians. But we told them … these general areas where we have coalition forces. And we don’t want them to strike there because all it’s going to do is escalate things,” Brown told reporters, as quoted by the Military Times.
“The Russians have actually outlined some areas — some of the airfields that they're worried about, that they don't want us flying close to, and really, typically, we don't fly there anyway. So, that hasn't been an issue.”
Lt. Gen. Brown repeatedly referred to “operational security” and declined to say publicly where US special forces troops are operating in Syria.

This MIGHT work. But if it's an incomplete download as Racon said, it's probably toast.
Step 1: Run WinRAR program and browse to the drive or folder where your corrupt RAR file is present
Step 2: Select the RAR file and click on “Repair” button from the tool bar
Step 3: A window pops-up choose, “Treat corrupt archive as RAR” option
Step 4: In case if you get a “Suspicious Entry” popping up, then select All, you may encounter this message several times while the repair process
Step 5: After completion of the repair process, click on close
Step 6: To extract your files, select your new rebuilt archive
Step 7: Next, choose commands->Extract without confirmation, the files start to get extracted
And, technical assistance is probably a better area for this sort of thing, I only found this by accident.

A simulation game is just that, a SIMULATION.
I can get on a bike, car, kart, wotever, drive on a track like a loon and NO computer simulation will give anything like that experience.
A simulation game is just that, the current games all have good/bad points but compared to the real world, there is absolutely no comparison.
But when it comes to the games, we are only talking about small differences between all the different (good) games.
What I really want in a game is the ability to race on local tracks with cars close to local spec. If a game offers this, but the in sim car handling is out by a bit over another game with restricted content then for me the choice is simple. (See, no names !)
The key point is however that being on the PC (or wotever) it's only a game, so I can accept the different in game limits without it being a major issue.
Racing in the real world is all about driving to your vehicles limits (Yes, and yours as well !), Well, sim racing is exactly the same thing in it's own way..
The main thing is to have fun though, a point a number of people forget.

OK, suicide bomber, "A vehicle full of explosives", car blown apart, burned out, 2 buses burned out, a very large explosion and fire. So where exactly were his fingerprints after that ????
And so quickly discovered???, The Turks are making TV's CSI look snail slow there !
Maybe his fingers miraculously flew off his hands and, completely undamaged, appeared at the closest Police Station allowing his identity to be discovered.
And, it just so happen's that the bomber is a member of the very group that the US supports, but Turkey hates because they don't like Kurds.

To summarize: a recording confirming a NATO-member country planned a false-flag war with Syria (where have we seen that before?) and all the Prime Minister has to say is the leak was “immoral.”

Watch this, it's a 5min 24sec explination of who's fighting who. It is (US) biased but does a reasonable job of explaining things if you know little about the conflict. It's completely wrong on many points but is a good US primer. At least you'll have some idea.

BUT, past experience suggests that this may well be a Russian leak, as there tends to be a certain feel to an 'official' Russian leak, they have happened before.
"Media outlets are in a frenzied effort to obtain what is alleged to be an accidentally-misrouted Presidential Phone call; sent via an insecure circuit, which was intercepted. The telephone call was allegedly between U.S. President Barack Obama and Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin."
"The rumor mill churned out details that lend credibility to the possibility the call was insecure and recorded. For instance, Putin allegedly told Obama that he would no longer tolerate Erdogan (The Turkish President) "protecting and assisting terrorists, then engaging in sneak attacks, while hiding behind the shield of NATO." Putin also allegedly referred to the Saudi Arabians by a less than diplomatic epithet, and he allegedly went on to say that unless Obama "put a leash on these dogs, Turkey would be on a Russian Bear's menu." He allegedly also said that Saudi Arabia's intent to forcibly remove Bashar Assad "could make the desert glow in the dark." If true, it was a direct nuclear threat against Saudi Arabia!

I had a fun conversation with a long time friend who's a senior editor at 'redacted' who thought that not expressing an opinion on record of their reporting was a wise choice......

As of tonight, February 10, 2016, Alleppo is now surrounded and cut-off. The Saudis are getting desperate to help their rebel/terrorist buddies.
The only way the Saudis, Qataris, Turks and USA can possibly _hope_ to protect their rebel pals is to enter in such massive force, they overwhelm the Russians. This triggers another problem: Russia has a doctrine of using tactical nuclear weapons FIRST to protect their interests and their territory.
As soon as those troops and tanks begin to cross into Syria, the Russian S-300 and S-400 missiles will begin taking-out the 2,450 military planes and 460 helicopters. The S-400 is probably the single most advanced anti-aircraft system in the world and the aggressor jets will drop like flies.
But when the 350,000 troops and 20,000 tanks start crossing the border, the ONLY solution for the Syrians and the Russians will be to use tactical nukes. Perhaps those artillery-launched nukes would be fired inside Syria, but they would detonate on the border with Jordan, or Iraq (wherever the troops are entering from) and the wind will start carrying the fallout deeper into those countries. Perhaps the nukes would be fired into Saudi Arabia itself (because that's where the mass of troops is coming from.)
Either way, the Arabs do not seem to realize who they are dealing with. Russia is a nuclear super power. Russia will NOT allow itself to be over-run or humiliated in Syria. Russia will do what Russia HAS to do; and an awful lot of Arab troops, who were lead down the primrose path by the US who is probably telling them they have nothing to worry about, will find out what it's like to see a sudden, bright, white flash, as their troops get vaporized.
